Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is also required.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the situation and resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Exchanges
The quickest way to exchange an item is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your merchandise is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must remain in the same condition as received (unworn/unused, with tags, and in original packaging). Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your funds, please contact us at kfpnl3640508@hotmail.com.
